LIMITED LICENCE FOR DIGITAL IMAGES
Where you download or purchase digital images from our Site (Digital Images), you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited licence to access and use the Digital Images for your own personal use. You may not assign or transfer the Digital Images to any other person without our express written consent.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Digital Images available on our Site incorporate intellectual property owned by us, and/or by third parties that license the content to us. Your download or purchase of any Digital Images does not grant or transfer any rights, title or interest to you in relation to this intellectual property, except as provided by this licence.
IMAGE ALTERATION

DOWNLOAD OF DIGITAL IMAGES
After payment for your Digital Images has been confirmed, you will have the option to download the image/s and all responsibility for maintaining the downloaded copy is transferred to you. We will not be responsible for any issues with the Digital Images after download.
