This month, I take a step back to read over my Moleskine for 2020. Before I go on, I know what you're thinking. This year has been severe, troubling and just exhausting. Not only has it been full of uncertainty, but alternatively it has also taught us some positive things.

In my Moleskine, there's a whole lot of doubt, excitement and mainly dreaming.
15•04•20 writes conscious thoughts amidst the peak of my uncertainty. My partner and I had just driven across Australia to reach our paradise, we had been planning and dreaming for months. Arriving in paradise saw an overwhelming sense of assurance, both landing on our feet.

15•04•20 shares motivation, comfort and clarity. As I turn to observe my feelings in April I'm filled with hindsight. Instead of turning to a distinct topic, I find trust in nature around me.

The June mood board is filled with memories of the time.
The sun sending sharp reflections off the ocean, sparkling like a star.
The proximity of the ocean soothes me, and the comfort of a new home is present.

See below for my full poem.

Observations 15•04•20

The roaring lullaby - as I rest my body every night, I hear it.
The ocean in all it's might.
Muffled, mysterious, and comforting.
I rest easy and uninterrupted night by night.

Butterflies, everywhere. They have blue spots and features.

The energy that pulls me to become positive. To be aware of my body and emotions.

The sun - inviting me to share the day, and every other day with gratitude.

The unknown - not to dwell. Just live by the minute, hour, day, month.
